白鱼大洋深处,终日无光,时有白鱼出没,越深,越白,乃至透明,或自发光亮;浅滩近海,水光交映,多有彩鱼群集,炫丽如幻;一深一浅,一暗一明,一简一繁;网红当道的“浅滩时代”唯快至上潮流瞬息万变,躁动刺激快时尚备受追捧一炮而红,却往往昙花一现日料谦逊精致的传统美食从容笃定,朴素纯粹如白鱼White FishDeep into the Ocean, dark as can be. White fish is playing hide and seek.The deeper the ocean, the whiter the fish. White to become even transparent, or have glistening skin.Near the coast, in each shoal, among the reflected sunlight, there gathers colorful fishes.White sand, shimmering water, beautiful coral, interlaced seaweed. 日料作为经典传统美食与快时尚背道而驰,《寿司之神》让人领悟,精进的做出一道美味是何等的让人感动。旬八日料年轻的店主,邀请到了来自台北、香港、上海的主厨及运营团队;从日本本土严选进口主要食材。缜密的筹备细节,亲力亲为,兢兢业业,丝毫没有大多年轻人渴望一蹴而就,一夜成名的冒进与浮躁。Japanese Cuisine, which is quite different from the concept of fast fashion, is a traditional food. Jiro Dreams of Sushi makes people realize that it is such a heartfelt thing to cook delicious food for people. The young director of Shunpachi Restaurant invited chefs and operation teams from Taipei, Hong Kong and Shanghai to join in. All the ingredients are strict selected and imported from Japan. Every detail is considered, every step is thought of. The Director is diligent and careful, unlike most of the hotheaded young men.
旬八拒绝延续千篇一律的日料店铺设计,但也希望BDD(布道设计)在创新中保持克制,有突破也须兼顾日料传统精神,带给食客新的体验同时,表达出日料的底蕴。空间需要和日料一样,耐得住回味,经得住时光。Unlike other stereotyped Japanese restaurants, Shunpachi Restaurant hopes to be decorated in a creative yet low-key way. It will have its breakthroughs and also its traditional spirit of Japanese cuisine. The restaurant hopes to bring customers a brand-new experience and a deep feeling of the tradition in Japanese food.
两层楼的空间,附带一个前院,一楼的吧台简练洁净,最耀眼的并非空间装饰,而是日料菜品和主厨的手艺。仅设六席,为了让食客能被充分照顾,得到最佳就餐体验。It is a two-floored space with a front courtyard. The bar counter in the 1st floor is simple yet elegant. The most attractive part is not the design of the space, but the food and the taste. There are only six seats. It is to make sure that every customer will be served well and have the best eating experience.
白鱼,游弋于包房内,浮于半空,散出淡淡白光,是旬八备给宾客的小惊喜,也是整个设计的灵魂和主题。
White fish swims from room to room, sometimes in the air, sometimes on the floor. They give out shimmering white light. It is a little surprise from Shunpachi Restaurant. It is also the theme of the whole design.
