The Director is diligent and careful, unlike most of the hotheaded young men. 旬八拒绝延续千篇一律的日料店铺设计，但也希望BDD（布道设计）在创新中保持克制，有突破也须兼顾日料传统精神，带给食客新的体验同时，表达出日料的底蕴。空间需要和日料一样，耐得住回味，经得住时光。Unlike other stereotyped Japanese restaurants, Shunpachi Restaurant hopes to be decorated in a creative yet low-key way. It will have its breakthroughs and also its traditional spirit of Japanese cuisine. The restaurant hopes to bring customers a brand-new experience and a deep feeling of the tradition in Japanese food. 两层楼的空间，附带一个前院，一楼的吧台简练洁净，最耀眼的并非空间装饰，而是日料菜品和主厨的手艺。仅设六席，为了让食客能被充分照顾，得到最佳就餐体验。It is a two-floored space with a front courtyard. The bar counter in the 1st floor is simple yet elegant. The most attractive part is not the design of the space, but the food and the taste. There are only six seats. It is to make sure that every customer will be served well and have the best eating experience. 白鱼，游弋于包房内，浮于半空，散出淡淡白光，是旬八备给宾客的小惊喜，也是整个设计的灵魂和主题。 White fish swims from room to room, sometimes in the air, sometimes on the floor.
