A mural from famed, New York City-based, artist Marilyn Minter commands center stage in the dining room. Custom lighting, hardwood floors, gas glass bead fireplace, custom-built-in cabinetry and lots of natural light balance the living space. The master suite has a dramatic 5-piece luxury bath. The house is landscaped to perfection with a bamboo walk-way, mosaic tiled water feature and gas fire pit. Originally offered at $1.4 million in April 2011, the house is still on sale, now offered at $1.275 million. The carriage house offers many options. It is a great guest hideaway, studio and or rental option.9 O g& s, _: g, x- V
