本案位于中海九樾，面积98㎡。是一位小姐姐的独居房，房子由原先精装交付的三房全部进行拆除改造，变成一个房间。一个人住的房子不用很大，但是可以很温馨。整体风格偏现代北欧风，看起来清新又自然。 This case is located in Zhonghai Jiuyue, with an area of 98 square meters. It's a young lady's solitary living room. The house was completely demolished and renovated from the originally fully-furnished three-bedroom unit to a single room. The house where one lives doesn't have to be very big, but it can be very cozy. The overall style leans towards modern Nordic style, looking fresh and natural. 01 LIVING ROOM 客厅 客厅与厨房餐厨区域打通，整个空间的联动性更强，并且看上去也更加显大通透。房主平时非常喜欢看书，没有看电视的习惯，所以根据她的需求，没有做传统的电视背景墙，而是在沙发背景墙处做了一整面的开放式的书架，可以摆放她的书和一些装饰品。沙发选择了可以灵活多变的模块沙发，黄色的单人椅让整个空间色彩层次更加丰富。 The living room and the kitchen area are connected, making the entire space more interactive and giving it a larger and more transparent appearance. The homeowner is very fond of reading and has no habit of watching TV. Therefore, according to her needs, a traditional TV background wall was not made. Instead, a full open bookshelf was installed on the sofa background wall, where her books and some decorations can be placed. The sofa is a flexible and versatile modular sofa, and the yellow single chair makes the color gradation of the entire space more rich.

A social kitchen can endow the space with more attributes. When there are guests at home for a meal, it can enhance the interactivity. The kitchen countertop is made of stainless steel, which is more distinctive. The seamless one-piece splicing process also makes it look more upscale.

P.09 03 DINING ROOM 餐厅 餐厅的整体风格随性自然，餐桌旁做了一整排的餐边柜，让收纳更有序，台面上可以放些咖啡机面包机等，上方绿色的壁画也为空间注入了一丝绿意和生机，展现了自然简约之美。 The overall style of the restaurant is casual and natural. A whole row of sideboards has been set up beside the dining table, making the storage more organized. Coffee machines, bread machines and other items can be placed on the countertop. P.14 04 MASTER BED ROOM 主卧 由于本案是独居房项目，所以把多余的房间拆除，只留下唯一的房间，就是女主人的主卧。进门处就是衣帽间，还有次净衣区，平时穿过一次的外套衣服都可以挂在这里面。考虑到女主人平时还需要办公，在床的旁边给她设计了一个书桌，方便平时办公学习。里面还有一个卫生间，一个人住的独居卧室，配套非常齐全。 As this case is a single-person housing project, the extra rooms were demolished, leaving only one room, which is the master bedroom of the female homeowner. As you enter, there is a cloakroom and a secondary cleaning area where you can hang your coats and clothes that you have worn once. Considering that the female homeowner also needs to work in her spare time, a desk was designed for her beside the bed to facilitate her daily work and study. There is also a bathroom inside and a single bedroom for one person. The facilities are very complete.
