10 - intellectual property rights

by submitting a design in the competition, the participant agrees to provide DEP and co organizers of TIFF with 3 i O$ H f* {3 {, s2 o5 c# f m
the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition. 2 k3 _/ K8 {$ u) l! K% }

in any publications communications or promotions that DESIGNBOOM and DEP may deem suitable and/or necessary.

in any cases, each time the creation is used, they must refer to the competition they originate from.
