there is the opportunity for finalist / shortlisted designs to be developed into real products.8 h& l! }0 K5 _
in the event that the producers who DEP transfers the right exercises the option for production

by submitting a design in the competition, the participant agrees to provide DEP and co organizers of TIFF with 4 f8 `# k1 S6 _: h3 t+ x
the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition.

all the designs (including project data submitted) – waiving compensation – at exhibitions and events and/or to use them
4 y, [3 p5 M. U) yin any publications communications or promotions that DESIGNBOOM and DEP may deem suitable and/or necessary. 

1 d G9 h/ l6 X8 Ein any cases, each time the creation is used, they must refer to the competition they originate from. 

& ^6 c0 k& r7 u$ K, TDESIGNBOOM and DEP will credit the designer's name to properly attribute authorship of work to promote the author adequately.

– e.g. add the DEP and TIFF logo and text, reframing, translation, changing colors, cutting the background or parts of it, etc…
