10 - intellectual property rights

by submitting a design in the competition, the participant agrees to provide DEP and co organizers of TIFF with
; ? Z W; X' o' y8 l5 @the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition. % g1 @2 r) @9 n U4 D% K( a: Y3 ^" j3 S
n the event that the producers who DEP transfers the right exercises the option for production

in form of project images and/or prototypes, built by Thai industry and craft..

by participating in the competition, all participants authorize DESIGNBOOM and DEP

all the designs (including project data submitted) – waiving compensation – at exhibitions and events and/or to use them 1 O1 W- J- I; A+ g( c, ?6 ]& B
in any publications communications or promotions that DESIGNBOOM and DEP may deem suitable and/or necessary.

in any cases, each time the creation is used, they must refer to the competition they originate from.
