any moral and paternity right regarding the project sent in for submission is the designer’s property.. G) E; T5 u7 ~9 x1 Z

# w' l% ~4 h& H8 Vby submitting a design in the competition, the participant agrees to provide DEP and co organizers of TIFF with
, I6 ^0 M( I2 i1 U9 xthe right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition. 5 g2 D2 U/ M6 V% G8 X
n the event that the producers who DEP transfers the right exercises the option for production

 to publish and exhibit

DEP will have the right to apply minor change amendments without damaging the integrity of the artwork
