10 - intellectual property rights
) D! {/ r5 J1 {) Many moral and paternity right regarding the project sent in for submission is the designer’s property.

the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition.

in any publications communications or promotions that DESIGNBOOM and DEP may deem suitable and/or necessary.
