any moral and paternity right regarding the project sent in for submission is the designer’s property.

by submitting a design in the competition, the participant agrees to provide DEP and co organizers of TIFF with # N0 m/ R7 N! H0 n# m# E
the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition.

all the designs (including project data submitted) – waiving compensation – at exhibitions and events and/or to use them

in any cases, each time the creation is used, they must refer to the competition they originate from.
