3 R! v* ~* C$ H2 J" e* yby submitting a design in the competition, the participant agrees to provide DEP and co organizers of TIFF with
- J( t9 C9 e+ u1 ~' `the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition.
