the jury will select about 30 designs that will be developed as prototypes by Thai industry and craft and exhibited at TIFF 20121 s$ r6 f8 _3 e+ g3 J4 a
there is the opportunity for finalist / shortlisted designs to be developed into real products.# n: [5 j# e; j, g% `. p
in the event that the producers who DEP transfers the right exercises the option for production

the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition.

by participating in the competition, all participants authorize DESIGNBOOM and DEP
 to publish and exhibit
: B! q, c: E8 oall the designs (including project data submitted) – waiving compensation – at exhibitions and events and/or to use them
' X( D \, E1 t& }8 D1 Jin any publications communications or promotions that DESIGNBOOM and DEP may deem suitable and/or necessary.

in any cases, each time the creation is used, they must refer to the competition they originate from. 

, \ i% f5 `+ X- r! ~2 yDESIGNBOOM and DEP will credit the designer's name to properly attribute authorship of work to promote the author adequately. 7 f8 T$ [3 D) t7 o* g+ e
DEP will have the right to apply minor change amendments without damaging the integrity of the artwork , ~& p& \2 [" ]: ^( c
– e.g. add the DEP and TIFF logo and text, reframing, translation, changing colors, cutting the background or parts of it, etc…

: i" a5 @( x4 O( O& win case DESIGNBOOM and DEP want to bring major changes to the submitted artwork for publication, DESIGNBOOM and DEP 5 Z& p+ |9 e! y
will contact the designer and inform him/her about the use to obtain the designer's consent.
