10 - intellectual property rights

however,
1 t% L: {1 Y1 _6 i5 r0 ?by submitting a design in the competition, the participant agrees to provide DEP and co organizers of TIFF with 1 j" S" U, x- [4 a* O t6 E+ P
the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition. ' U7 _8 T* e6 J% Z7 ]5 ]
n the event that the producers who DEP transfers the right exercises the option for production

 to publish and exhibit

in any publications communications or promotions that DESIGNBOOM and DEP may deem suitable and/or necessary.
