10 - intellectual property rights
% [" H5 D+ U& iany moral and paternity right regarding the project sent in for submission is the designer’s property.

& f: b0 i ?+ k F+ ?0 j$ Zby submitting a design in the competition, the participant agrees to provide DEP and co organizers of TIFF with " {" x& s3 k# k- C: E3 z1 h2 k9 m, j& w
the right of first refusal to the exclusive use of the design. this option is valid for 12 months after the end of the competition. ! n' V- P+ H' F8 c$ M# u
n the event that the producers who DEP transfers the right exercises the option for production
