佛家有一句名言：入清凉境，生欢喜心。八个字，道出了人生幸福的真谛。当今世界，红尘扰扰，最常见的心理特征是浮躁，最难得的是心之一片清凉、一份欢喜。

There is a famous saying of Buddhism: enter a cool place and have a happy heart. Eight words, the true meaning of life happiness. In today's world, the most common psychological feature of the disturbance of the world of mortals is impetuousness, and the most rare is a piece of cool heart and a piece of joy.

人们并不缺少机会，过多的选项反倒让人心神不宁；人们并不缺少生活资源，过多的攀比反倒让人常感贫乏。

People don't lack opportunities, too many options make people uneasy; people don't lack living resources, too many comparisons make people feel poor.

眼前有一千条道路，等于无路可走，于是，人们不知道该怎样工作，不知道该怎样生活，不知道该怎样交流和爱，只知跟着感觉，追求欲望的短暂满足，得不到时烦恼丛生，得到了又很快厌弃。

There are a thousand roads in front of us, which means there is no way to go. Therefore, people don't know how to work, how to live, how to communicate and love. They just follow the feeling and pursue the short-term satisfaction of desire. When they don't get there, they are troubled and quickly rejected.
