本案坐落于金华江湾壹号，户型面积 149㎡。为了让客厅更加开阔，我们把四房改成了三房，使其呈现出类似大平层的通透感。设计中以红色元素作为点缀，不仅为空间注入鲜活气息，也进一步丰富了视觉层次。细节处同样暗藏巧思，例如将空调出风口定制为圆形样式，用弧形造型天花提升整体设计感。

This case is located in Jinhua Jiangwan No.1, with a unit area of 149 square meters. The homeowner is a family of two, with four members living there. To enhance the openness of the living room, we converted a four-bedroom apartment into a three-bedroom one, thereby maximizing the sense of spaciousness in the living room and making it present a transparent scale similar to that of a large flat. The use of red elements as embellishments in the design not only infuses the space with a vibrant atmosphere but also further enriches the visual layers. The details are also full of ingenious ideas. For instance, the air conditioning vents are customized in a circular style, and the arc-shaped ceiling is used to enhance the overall design sense.

LIVING ROOM

客厅

为满足二胎家庭四口的居住需求，我们对客厅进行了大胆改造 —— 拆除一间客卧，将其并入客厅，瞬间营造出大平层般的开阔感。在原先房间的位置，摆放了一架钢琴，这样孩子在练琴的时候，家人可以坐在沙发上，更好地陪伴。模块沙发能够让满足更多场景的需求，不管是看电视，陪孩子弹钢琴，亦或是对着外面的江景放空都可以。旁边还放了一个红色的Donna Chair，成为整个客厅的视觉焦点，与整体简约的空间基调形成鲜明对比，既增添了活力，又丰富了层次。

To meet the living needs of a family of four with two children, we boldly renovated the living room - removing a guest bedroom and integrating it into the living room, instantly creating a spacious and open feeling like a large flat. A piano was placed at the original location of the room. This way, when the child is practicing the piano, the family can sit on the sofa and accompany them better. The modular sofa can meet the needs of more scenarios. Whether it's watching TV, playing the piano with children, or just relaxing in front of the river view outside, it's all fine. Beside it is a red Donna Chair, which becomes the visual focus of the entire living room, forming a sharp contrast with the overall simple space tone. It not only adds vitality but also enriches the layers.

KITCHEN

餐厨区

餐厨空间是开放式的，不仅能让空间更加开阔，而且也能增加互动性，不论平时做饭，还是客人来访，开放式餐厨空间的社交属性都变得越来越强。餐厅顶部有一个圆弧的设计，并且做了红色跳色，让整个空间看上去更加有艺术感。厨房旁边的小岛台，不仅能够分隔空间，还能做一个西厨操作台，平时做个烘焙甜品非常方便。而且这样的布局动线非常方便。

The kitchen and dining space is open, which not only makes the space more spacious but also increases interactivity. Whether it is for cooking on a daily basis or when guests visit, the social attribute of the open kitchen and dining space is getting stronger and stronger. There is an arc-shaped design on the top of the restaurant, and a red accent is added, making the entire space look more artistic. The small island counter beside the kitchen not only divides the space but also serves as a Western kitchen operation counter, making it very convenient to bake desserts on a daily basis. Moreover, such a layout makes the circulation very convenient.

CHILDREN'S ROOM

儿童房

小孩房的设计非常童真童趣，用绿色自然的壁纸，充满了自然野趣与个性潮流的融合感，满足男孩对户外探险、自然奥秘的好奇心。悬浮式的书桌搭配特别的艺术感置物架，可以放置动漫手办与书籍，既满足收纳需求，又藏着男孩的个性爱好成为彰显个性的 “展示角”。

The design of the children's room is very childlike and fun. It uses green and natural wallpaper, which is full of the fusion of natural wildness and individual trends, satisfying boys' curiosity about outdoor exploration and the mysteries of nature. The suspended desk, paired with a special artistic storage rack, can hold anime figurines and books. It not only meets the storage needs but also conceals the boy's personality and hobbies, becoming a "showcase corner" to display individuality.

MASTER BEDROOM

主卧

主卧的设计简约素雅，让人一进入这个空间就非常放松，皮质床头搭配简约圆形床头柜，营造出静谧舒适的休憩氛围，整体设计通过简约线条与自然景观的融合，传递出沉静雅致的空间气质。

The design of the master bedroom is simple and elegant, but it makes people feel very relaxed as soon as they enter this space. The leather headboard is paired with a simple round bedside table, creating a quiet and comfortable resting atmosphere. The overall design conveys a quiet and elegant spatial temperament through the integration of simple lines and natural landscapes.
