本案位于金华东阳的滨江上品，面积125㎡。是一位小姐姐的独居房，业主小姐姐对 “理想家” 有着清晰且独特的构想，希望空间能充分承载个人生活态度与审美偏好。 独居属性赋予了空间设计更高的自由度，在空间分配上我们打破了原有的格局，将四房改造成两个房间，让空间变得更加通透。对独居生活而言，空间设计的核心从来不是功能的堆砌，而是对 “精致” 与 “自我” 的极致呼应。 This case is located in Binjiang Shangpin, Dongyang, Jinhua, with an area of 125 square meters. This is a solitary home for a young lady. The owner, a young lady, has a clear and unique vision of an "ideal home" and hopes that the space can fully accommodate her personal attitude towards life and aesthetic preferences. The attribute of living alone endows the space design with greater freedom. In terms of space allocation, we broke the original layout and transformed the four-bedroom apartment into two rooms, making the space more transparent. For living alone, the core of space design has never been the accumulation of functions, but rather the ultimate response to "refinement" and "self". 01 LIVING ROOM 客 厅 - 女主人喜欢舒适惬意的居家氛围，因此客厅的设计非常松弛，根据女主人平时的生活习惯，我们没有做传统的电视背景墙，而是用法式的壁炉和两侧艺术展示架来代替，冬天坐在有地暖的地板上看着壁炉里的火光，非常惬意，两侧的置物架可以放一些书籍和女主人淘来的艺术品。 女主人的独居生活还有两只小猫作伴，在客厅沙发旁边还给小猫打造了一个专属的猫爬柜。 把原先6米多长的飘窗做成了一整排的抽屉，增加了收纳空间，并且还在正对大门处设计了一处绿植角，为空间增添绿意和生机。 The female homeowner enjoys a comfortable and cozy home atmosphere. Therefore, the design of the living room is very relaxed. According to her daily living habits, we did not create a traditional TV background wall but replaced it with a French fireplace and art display stands on both sides. In winter, sitting on the floor with underfloor heating and watching the flames in the fireplace is very pleasant. The shelves on both sides can hold some books and artworks picked up by the hostess. The female homeowner's solitary life is accompanied by two kittens. Beside the sofa in the living room, she has even created a special cat crawling cabinet for the kittens. The original bay window, which was over six meters long, was transformed into a row of drawers, increasing the storage space. Additionally, a green plant corner was designed directly opposite the main entrance, adding greenery and vitality to the space. 
02 KITCHEN 餐 厨 - 本案女主人平时喜欢烘焙做美食，原先厨房的面积不够大，使用起来会很局促，于是将原先厨房旁边的一间房拆除，做了开放式的厨房，空间上更宽阔，用起来也会更方便。厨房的台面用了实心的不锈钢材质，不仅颜值高，而且非常好打理。烟粉色大理石的岛台非常温柔，非常符合女主人的气质，也是整个餐厨空间的点睛之笔，一旁黑色的圆桌可以根据不同的场景进行变换，可以既能用来享受精致的单人餐，也能满足三五好友共同聚餐。 The female homeowner of this case usually enjoys baking and cooking delicious food. The original kitchen was not large enough, making it very cramped to use. Therefore, the room next to the original kitchen was demolished and an open kitchen was created. The space is more spacious and more convenient to use. The kitchen countertop is made of solid stainless steel, which not only has a high appearance level but is also very easy to maintain. The smoky pink marble island counter is very gentle and in line with the hostess's temperament. It is also the finishing touch of the entire dining and kitchen space. The black round table beside it can be changed according to different scenes. It can be used to enjoy exquisite solo meals or to meet the needs of a few friends having a meal together. 
03 MASTER BEDROOM 主 卧 - 一个人住的主卧套房配置非常丰富，梳妆台、衣帽间、大浴缸、卫浴区该有的都有。原先的双阳台根据功能分区一隔为二，一边是梳妆台和瑜伽健身的区域，一边是浴缸泡澡区域。在睡房区和衣帽间、卫浴之间有双动线的移门，让整个空间的动线更加灵活多变，使用起来也会更加方便。 The master bedroom suite for one person is very well-equipped, featuring a dressing table, a walk-in closet, a large bathtub and a bathroom area. The original double balconies were divided into two according to functional zoning. One side is for the dressing table and yoga fitness area, and the other side is for the bathtub bathing area. There are double-track sliding doors between the bedroom area and the cloakroom and bathroom, making the movement of the entire space more flexible and diverse, and also more convenient to use. 衣帽间的设计根据不同的功能需求，设置了放包区，长衣短衣区以及次净衣柜等等，柜门还做了全身镜，方便女主人搭配日常穿搭。柜门里面还设置了门碰感应，门一开里面的灯光就会自动亮起，无底柜的设计也方便行李箱的存放。 The design of the wardrobe room is tailored to different functional requirements, featuring areas for storing bags, long and short clothes, and secondary clean wardrobes, etc. The cabinet doors are also equipped with full-length mirrors, making it convenient for the female owner to match her daily outfits. There is also a door touch sensor installed inside the cabinet door. Once the door is opened, the lights inside will automatically turn on. The design of the bottomless cabinet is also convenient for storing suitcases. 内卫的门用了法式的圆拱门设计，非常有仪式感，里面的一整个洗手台包括淋浴的背景墙用的都是普拉达绿的大理石，墙面地面用的是莱姆石，更有质感。淋浴间的线性地漏不仅更容易下水，而且非常极简颜值很高。玻璃隔断让空间看起来更干净清爽，满满的高级感。 The door of the inner bathroom adopts a French round arch design, which is very ceremonial. The entire washbasin and the background wall of the shower inside are made of Prada green marble, while the walls and floors are made of limestone, giving it a more textured feel. The linear floor drain in the shower room not only makes it easier to drain water but also has a very minimalist appearance and a high level of quality.
